Tenant improvement project for Dayton Street Partners’ (DSP) 35,263-SF Loomis building, which will support a new electric-vehicle repair facility for a multi-national automotive and clean energy company. This project will include the installation of replacement overhead doors, renovation of an existing restroom block to be ADA-compliant, exterior lighting upgrade for safer access and new windows and roof drainage system.
Additional mechanical upgrades include eight (8) new rooftop units (RTUs) and a ten-million BTU service upgrade. Site and interior work includes installation of a sanitary ejector pit for warehouse floor drains, slab-on-grade repairs and pavement repairs with re-striping.
