Dayton Street Partners Bensenville, IL

Redevelopment of an existing industrial building for repeat client, Dayton Street Partners (DSP) in Bensenville, IL. The project included the major renovation of a 37 door, cross-dock truck terminal within a 3-acre light industrial park.

Krusinski completed selective demolition of the facility including interior and exterior structural improvements, including but not limited to new foundations, helical piers and a new structural slab. The original facility was converted to an efficient 33,000-SF terminal with newly installed docks and an attached 2,000-SF, two-story office building.

Interior refreshes feature two additional ADA-compliant bathrooms, new flooring, paint and MEP upgrades.
