Relocation and interior buildout for long-term and repeat client, Comcast.

The build-out consists of selective demolition in an existing, multi-tenant, single-story building and the addition of three offices, two one-on-one rooms, one meeting room, one multi-purpose room, open office area with 18 workstations, four closets, server room, breakroom, wellness room, restrooms and an interior vestibule. In addition to new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and finishes, there are new lighting fixtures, doors and ceilings.
