Repairs to a three-story, 53,000-SF precast concrete parking garage for repeat client, Comcast, which provides parking needs to their Mission Critical & Data Center hub location in Chicago, IL. Major structural improvements were completed in addition to crack repairs and the improvements to the drainage system.
Phase II consists of minor repairs and replacement of existing joint caulking, perimeter caulking and miscellaneous repairs to improve durability.
