This project was completed in tandem at the same CN Railway site across separate buildings in Homewood, IL.
Waste Water Treatment Plant Restoration:
Renovation and restoration of a 2,400-SF Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) following extensive fire damage. Work included structural roof repairs, interior renovations to return the building to operational use and partial replacement of exterior metal siding on the existing metal structure.
Battery Nursing Station:
Installation of a new ventilation extraction system at the F&I battery nursing station to safely remove hydrogen and support ongoing operations.
