Krusinski Construction completed an interior renovation and 19,914-SF addition to CN Railway’s existing 75,183-SF occupied office facility in Homewood, Illinois. Located on a 5.4-acre site, the project expanded CN’s operational capacity while maintaining full functionality throughout construction.
The addition included new office space and a larger rail command center. Once operational, the original command center was converted into additional offices to support CN’s growing team. Site improvements also included an expansion of the existing 215-stall parking lot, increasing capacity to 288 vehicles.
