Krusinski Construction completed the 150,000-SF Chicago Marriott Southwest in Burr Ridge, Illinois. The eight-story hotel sits on a 7.76-acre site and includes parking for 363 vehicles. The property features 185 guest rooms, an indoor pool, fitness room, commercial kitchens, banquet halls and over 10,000 SF of flexible meeting space.
The hotel was initially left unoccupied for three years before Corporex Development of Covington, Kentucky, acquired the site and partnered with Krusinski to bring the project to life.
