Krusinski Construction completed a 54,000-SF warehouse expansion for Camcraft’s industrial facility in Bartlett, Illinois. Camcraft manufactures precision machined parts for industries including aerospace, diesel engines, and mobile hydraulics. The expansion adds over 40,000 SF of warehouse space, 8,000 SF of office space, and 1,500 SF of laboratory space.

Additional features include:

  • Architectural elements designed to match the existing facility
  • Site work with utility revisions and expanded parking for future use
  • A high-end breakroom with full-height windows to enhance natural light and visibility between workspaces
  • An open-concept office area that promotes collaboration, along with new locker and restroom facilities
  • A dedicated electrical room and two full-length bus ducts to support strategic equipment layout and power connectivity
  • A CMM lab for product inspection and analysis
  • A demising wall and high-speed truck door to improve logistics and create a defined separation between Camcraft and sister company Matrix

This expansion completes a long-term development plan first envisioned in 2017. Through proactive planning and close collaboration, Camcraft and Krusinski Construction delivered a facility that improves operational efficiency and positions the company for continued growth.
