Located on an 11-acre site, this project consists of a 65,000-SF building with R&D labs and clean rooms. It features a 24′ clear height, four interior docks, one drive-in door and 206 parking spaces. Krusinski also completed the build-out of the 9,180-SF rigid disk and pads, Class A clean room.
