This 85,000-SF, Class A office space is located on three floors with an interior staircase. This project received an Award of Merit from Midwest Construction in the Interior Design/Fitout category.

Three years later, the Krusinski Team completed another small renovation on two floors and later completed the buildout of a multipurpose room and commercial catering kitchen on the 43rd floor.
