Located on a 2.89-acre site, this LEED-certified building featured an interior and exterior renovation of the existing structure to create a Class A office space. Krusinski Construction Company occupies the first and part of the second floors, and the remainder of the second floor, 16,800 SF, is leased to the accounting firm Sassetti. The parking lot has room for 122 car parking. Phase two for this office space included an interior remodel of a conference room and kitchen, additional office space, and a new training room with a bar area.
