A 20 million-SF, rail-served logistics park located on more than 2,000 acres, required the necessary mass grading and construction of five detention ponds and several building pads. This called for moving over 500,000 cubic yards of dirt in the initial phase. The scope also included over a mile-long realignment and reconstruction of Lorenzo Road, as well as a new traffic-controlled intersection.
