The 54,000-SF building includes a 10,000-SF, two-story office space. The remaining 44,000 SF area is used for the maintenance of emergency and State snow plows and salt trucks. The entire facility was built using heavy-duty construction to accommodate drive-thru service bays. The service area features trench drains throughout, hydraulic truck lifts and a fully computerized and automated lubrication dispensing system. The facility incorporates a CO-RAY-VAC infrared heating system, a vehicle emissions exhaust system and air make-up units.
