The project involved the development of a 28.2-acre site featuring two speculative warehouse buildings, 234,900 SF and 199,800 SF respectively with a combined 5,500 SF of office space, with surrounding parking lots.
Building A and Building B have a combined 435,000 SF of warehouse space including 81 dock door openings, 38 dock levelers and 39 dock positions prepared for future expansion. Each building is fitted for a 60 mil TPO roof system as well as 2 MAU’s, an exhaust fan and skylights throughout.
The site work consisted of new site utilities with a detention pond on the Northwest side in addition to trailer parking and a dividing road between the buildings.
