Renovations of an existing 115,000-SF warehouse facility to accommodate a new delivery station for our large, national e-commerce client. The interior scope of work for the facility included the construction of new office space and restrooms (8,000 SF total), new mechanical equipment, lighting upgrades and power/data feeds. Significant exterior upgrades included a new steel canopy, a new concrete dock apron and concrete/asphalt patching.
