Renovations of an existing 500,000-SF warehouse to accommodate the needs of our large, national e-commerce tenant. Features include 9,600 SF of office space, 355 car parking spaces, a 38′ clear height and 127 interior dock doors. This facility helps our client meet their next-day delivery needs. The scope included the installation of a new AR system designed to automate the shipping and supply chain process within the facility.
