Ground-up, 166,549-SF speculative warehouse facility with 32′ clear heights, located in the Brownfields re-development site. The building pad required Krusinski Construction to use dynamic compaction on the majority of this site to obtain the necessary soil strength. The topsoil was stripped and placed aside for reuse onsite. The rear loading building is equipped with dedicated trailer parking and a secure truck court. It also includes 36 exterior dock doors, two drive-in doors and parking for up to 40 cars.
