CN Railway Effingham, IL

The project consists of the selective demolition of an exterior vestibule and the construction of a 340 SF women’s washroom/locker room addition for CN Railway. The building requires 2″x 6″ wood frame exterior walls, wood frame roof system, asphalt roof shingles and corrugated metal siding to match existing. The finishes include new fixtures, a shower, and lockers fitted with a porcelain wall and floor tile.
