The demolition of the pre-existing 33-acre Maywood Park Racetrack and new construction of three speculative, Green Globes-Certified warehouse buildings totaling 623,000-SF (236,000; 252,000; 135,000, respectively), now known as Chariot Logistics Center.

The entertainment venue, which sat vacant since 2015, was widely known for its famous horse racing events since its inception in 1946. Ridgeline Development selected its new name Chariot Logistics Center to pay homage to the site’s history.
