CBIZ - 225 W. Wacker Drive Chicago, IL

Krusinski Construction completed a fast-track office renovation for CBIZ at 225 W. Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago. The project included updates to CBIZ’s offices on the 18th and 25th floors of the high-rise building.

As a repeat client and one of the nation’s top providers of accounting, tax, and advisory services, CBIZ trusted Krusinski to deliver high-quality results with minimal disruption. Construction involved demolition and renovation within active, occupied office spaces, requiring careful coordination to avoid impact to CBIZ staff and other building tenants.

The renovated spaces included updated layouts, new flooring, carpet tile, millwork, wallpaper, ceilings, and modified double-glass doors. MEP, fire protection, and fire alarm systems were upgraded to support the revised floorplans and ensure code compliance.

Krusinski mitigated risk by strategically coordinating trades and deploying rotational shifts as needed. Both office spaces were safely and successfully completed in approximately two months, with no disruption to building operations.
