Interior demolition and new construction of a 25,390-SF dynamic, multi-faceted Research, Development & Innovation Center, creating a new, bright and colorful industrial building for Flavorchem. Flavorchem specializes in the creation and manufacturing of flavor and color solutions for the food, beverage and nutraceutical industries.
The facility features four application centers, test kitchens, a taste test research room, a showroom and new office space. The transformation converted a primarily utilized storage area to a modern and high-stylized facility for its U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois.
