Joe III joined the firm in 1994 and worked his way through the business starting as a laborer, advancing to field operations and project management positions.  After twenty years under his belt, he found his passion in his current role as senior project manager / project executive. Joe is a LEED accredited executive whose expertise lies in markets such as process manufacturing, temperature controlled distribution centers, and e-commerce facilities.  When he has free time, Joe enjoys cooking and claims to be a great fisherman. He spends lots of time with his six children.
