WHAT IS KCCARES?

Founder Joe Krusinski built Krusinski Construction Company based on family values, passion and support. Today, our team takes responsibility for corporate actions by making a positive impact on the community.

Safety in the Field

It’s our top priority to make sure everyone makes it home safe. Our employees attend safety classes on a regular basis, and are continually trained and educated.

Quality Control

Known as “The Krusinski Way,” our proactive approach to quality control starts during the pre-construction phase, and continues through every stage of the project. We assure the methods and materials for every project will result in the highest level of quality possible.

Sustainable Construction

Building green means more than saving money and energy. For our clients, it’s an opportunity to attract tenants and qualify for tax incentives. Our team supports sustainable building methods, and has completed several unique LEED and Green Globes projects.

The Krusinski Family Fund

We dedicate time outside the office to give back to the community and several organizations throughout the Chicagoland area. We give support to charities that make a difference in people’s lives. We also take time to honor our clients’ charity affiliations by attending events, donating, and helping however we can.

Industry Involvement

The entire Krusinski team dedicates time to not only help shape the future of construction, but also to make a positive impact on all businesses. Our team is involved in industry organizations and associations, allowing us to collaborate with other leaders to help solve business challenges.

Training & Development

Our culture thrives on creating an environment that engenders growth and professional development for our people. We work hard to foster the skills and qualities that each employee needs to succeed.

The Young Leaders Committee

was formed by the Krusinski leadership team to foster the growth and development of our associates, age 40 and under. It provides a platform to enhance the skills of leaders and team management, and to engage our associates in a variety of initiatives.

New Employee Mentoring Program

sets new employees up for success by strategically matching them with an employee mentor. This process allows new employees to better integrate into the company, increase the understanding of the company culture, and aid in the acknowledgment of role expectations.

Our role as a corporate citizen is important to us and we take this responsibility seriously. We strive to make a difference in the lives of others.
