Krusinski Construction Company recently completed a LEED Silver Certified precast facility and the tenant buildout for a global transport and logistics company based in Switzerland.
Located near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, this new 295-360-sf facility features a colorful, 2-story, 53,700-sf office space with an interconnecting stair and elevator, private offices, conference rooms, open workspace, spacious breakrooms and ADA compliant bathrooms. The many windows provide natural light throughout the facility and the office space also features high-end finishes, custom millwork and lights that accentuate the colorful walls and carpeting.
The warehouse has a 40’clear height, 56 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors and a temperature-controlled cooler. The exterior features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, walkways, benches, new landscaping and parking for 253 vehicles and 104 trailers.
This project is part of Krusinski Construction’s recently completed Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment in Bensenville, Illinois. This NAIOP award-winning redevelopment consisted of building four speculative warehouse facilities and four tenant buildouts for two developers.
