Krusinski Construction congratulates Kraft Heinz and Trammell Crow Company for winning NAIOP Chicago’s Industrial Build-to-Suit Development of the Year award for its $400-Million, automated warehouse and distribution center in DeKalb, Illinois.
Krusinski Construction is proud to be the design-builder for this state-of-the-art, 775,000-square-foot facility which includes a 418,460-square-foot warehouse and 320,137 square-feet for an Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) with a 115’ high rack supported structure.
Located at the ChicagoWest Business Center, this facility will be one of the largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) distribution centers in North America.
NAIOP Chicago announced the winners at the 36th Annual Awards for Excellence on Thursday, November 9th at Time Out Market Chicago.
