This 250,000-square-foot expansion was built adjacent to an existing 750,000-square-foot distribution facility. The project included 66 docks and two drive-in doors.
The building owner, Heitman, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and the tenant, Ferrara Candy, was represented by CBRE. Harris Architects provided the design for this building.
