Located on a 25.98-acre site, the 105,100-square-foot existing facility had a 183,200-square-foot addition with 3,000-square-feet added to the existing 11,000-square-foot office. The original building included 15 exterior docks and one drive-in door with two new docks added. The warehouse facility has a 29-foot clearheight.
