Work at this facility consisted of multiple phases of roof replacement followed by a renovation of the second floor. Roofing work included the complete demolition of existing roofing systems and replacement with a fully adhered 60- mil EPDM system. Approximately 115,000-square-feet of replacement was completed in 2016, 94,000-square-feet in 2017 and the remaining areas completed in 2018. The renovation of the existing 6,000-square-feet of mechanical office space located on the second floor was completed in 2017. The renovation included replacement of existing flooring and ceiling systems, LED lighting, new plumbing fixtures, millwork and an entire furniture replacement. Additional cubicle space, breakroom and a large conference room area was also included. All work at this facility was completed without interruption to CN activities.
