In Niles, IL, Krusinski completed an in-fill speculative redevelopment for Molto Properties. The building consists of 130,000 square-foot of office and warehouse space, 20 expandable docks, 3 drive-in doors and detention basins which were added on the east end of the building to protect against flooding. Ample parking is available and the surrounding landscape completes the aesthetically pleasing industrial/office park which includes Amazon, Coca-Cola, FedEx, Grainger and more. This spec development was designed by Harris Architects, Inc. and V3 Companies as the civil engineer. The project began with the demolition of an existing 103,500 square-foot brick building and a 3,200 square-foot metal shed.
KCC completed an 85,000 square foot LEED Certified Building at Wood Hill Crossing East in Woodridge, IL. The team consisted of architect, SKJN Architekten Corporation and civil engineer, SPACECO Inc. The Krusinski group partnered with Lakeview Realty Investors for this 84,675 square-foot multi-tenant speculative building. Wood Hill Crossing East will be the first LEED Certified building within the Village of Woodridge limits. The building can function as an office, research or light industrial facility.

Krusinski Construction Company is proud to be partnering with DCT Industrial for their first project together at 1400 W. 44th Street, Chicago, IL. This ground-up 166,549 square-foot speculative warehouse facility with a 32-foot clear height is located on a brownfield redevelopment site in the Stockyards neighborhood. The existing building at this location was demolished directly by DCT Industrial in early 2016 clearing the way for this new development.
The existing soil conditions will require Krusinski Construction to use dynamic compaction on the majority of the site in order to obtain the required soil strength. In addition, this rear loading building will be equipped with dedicated trailer parking and a secure truck court. It will also include 36 exterior dock doors, two drive-in doors, and parking for up to 40 cars. Krusinski Construction is excited to be teaming up with civil engineers, Kimley-Horn, and Cornerstone Architects.

The project team completed the 3,500 s.f. pediatric walk-in clinic in Geneva at Delnor Hospital. The clinic consists of multiple exam rooms, procedure rooms, miscellaneous office, reception and lobby.
Phase II at Congregation B’nai Jehosua Beth Elohim includes the completion of the Sanctuary which begins the first week of February. Permits are in place and approvals have been granted to complete the interior construction of this sacred place.
Krusinski Construction will renovate an existing facility in Markham, IL for Kelly Pipe Co. which is moving from South Holland. The new warehouse accomodates the growth of the company which distributes steel pipes and fittings. Approximately 30 employees from the South Holland location will relocate.
NAV Consulting purchased a 12,000 square-foot office condo on the 4th floor of TransAm Plaza 1 for their new office. Krusinski Construction will be making substantial improvements to the space in order for NAV tp showcase several high end features such as extensive glass, millwork, ceiling and lighting packages.
Pressure Sensitive has leased a 53,000 square-foot space in ML Realty’s Heritage Crossing Building 2 in Lockport, IL. The spec building was completed by Krusinski Construction in the spring of 2013.
