Illinois Real Estate Journal Editorial Advisory Board Biography Jerry R. Krusinski, co-owner of Krusinski Construction Company, has more than 30 year's of experience in all facets of construction.
He is the project executive in charge of all the company's industrial construction. His range of involvement covers the development of the conceptual plan, analysis of feasibility studies and creation of a master schedule. He takes the project through the design and construction document stages, and then coordinates the municipal and utility requirements for the project. For the entire construction project, he has direct responsibility for the administrative and managerial aspects.
Krusinski's depth of experience and wide range of skills are evident whenever he takes on a project. Bringing a fresh approach, he consistently demonstrates that constructing a building can be a positive and rewarding experience.
Deeply involved in the construction and business community, Krusinski is a member of the Chicago Building Congress and has served the Builders Association of Greater Chicago in numerous capacities, including as an officer, director and committee chair.
He has been cited in Crain's Chicago Business, The Illinois Real Estate Journal, Corporate Real Estate Executive, Real Estate Chicago and several other local and national real estate publications. He also is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the Illinois Real Estate Journal.
Krusinski is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization-Windy City Chapter and is a Director with the St. Charles Country Club. He chairs the Building, Utility and Maintenance Committee.
Krusinski holds a bachelors degree in architecture/engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Wisconsin. |
