Biography Jerry R. Krusinski, president and co-owner of Krusinski Construction Company, has more than 30 years experience in all facets of construction.
As COO, he has primary responsibility for the operation of the company. He also has executive oversight on all client construction projects, a task to which he brings a depth of experience and wide range of skills.
Jerry is a member of AWEA (American Wind Energy Association) as well as the Chicago Building Congress. He has served the Builders Association of Greater Chicago as an officer, director and committee chair. Previously, he was active in MARBA (the Mid America Regional Bargaining Association), serving on the committee that renegotiated union contracts.
Krusinski helped found the I-39 Logistics Corridor Association, an economic development organization, and currently sits on its steering and marketing committees.
He has been cited in Crain’s Chicago Business, The Illinois Real Estate Journal, Corporate Real Estate Executive, Real Estate Chicago and several other local and national real estate publications. He also is a member of the editorial advisory board for Illinois Real Estate Journal.
Jerry received the prestigious Richard G. Levy President’s Award from the SIOR Chicago Chapter in December 2008. Krusinski is a graduate of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Windy City Chapter, and is a director of the St. Charles Country Club and the Baker Memorial United Methodist Church Endowment Fund.
