UIC Family Business Council, Apeiron Forum Biography Jeffrey J. Krusinski has broad-based experience in construction and construction management. Since joining the company in 1994, he has excelled at estimating, project management, negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors, as well as field supervision and business development.
Jeff’s current role is Vice President and he is responsible for obtaining new clients, networking and maintaining existing client relationships.
He is currently a member of the ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators), AIRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). In addition, he is a member of the Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce and active on its Economic Development Committee.
Jeff has been quoted in many industry articles and publications for example, Commercial Property News, Illinois Real Estate Journal, The Illinois Manufacturer, Midwest Real Estate News and SIOR Development Magazine.
Jeff completed the OSHA 10-hour training in June 2003. He enjoys playing hockey, golf and softball, boating and spending time with his family.
