Gina grew up in the business and has worn many hats. Currently, she is the Vice President of Human Capital and oversees general office management. Gina is an active member and past Chairwoman for the Chicago Family Business Council at DePaul University. She is also a member of the HR Source Advisory Council. For many years, she enjoyed serving as a panel judge for the Chicago Building Congress Merit Awards. In 2010, Gina was awarded the Family Business Wiki “10 Under 40” winner.

Her passion for the business and generous concern for others is evident in her role as VP where she is constantly helping to accelerate KCC’s transformation through leadership to attract and develop the best talent and to build a culture of engagement, empathy and innovation.

Gina has three awesome kids, loves a great read and is addicted to Netflix.
