KRUSINSKI COMPLETES TWO BUILDINGS AT BEDFORD PARK CORPORATE CENTER

Krusinski Construction Company has completed two spec warehouses at the Bedford Park Corporate Center, 5151 W. 73rd Street in Bedford Park. The contract was awarded by Ridge Property Trust.

Located on 24.97 acres, the buildings total 543,174 square feet and feature 32-foot clear ceilings, 102 exterior truck docks, four drive-in doors and parking for 312 cars.

“Bedford Park, like other close-in suburbs, has become a highly desirable area for many companies, especially those in the manufacturing and freight industries,” said Michael J. Metz, project executive for Krusinski. “It is near Midway Airport, several highways and has access to a large labor pool from Chicago.”

John R. Krusinski was the senior project superintendent. Julius Kwasek of Kwasek Architects of Inverness was the architect.
