October - 2005WEST CHICAGO DISTRIBUTION FACILITY Krusinski Construction Company has been assigned to build a 25,000-square-foot distribution center for Focus Logistics, Inc., at 1311 Howard Drive in West Chicago, Ill.
The building will serve as the regional headquarters for Focus Logistics, a transportation solution provider. Situated on 2.4 acres, the building will include 3,711 square feet of office space, parking for 13 cars and five exterior docks. The company’s current headquarters are in Bensenville, Ill.
According to Andrew J. Johnson, project manager for Krusinski, construction will begin in mid-October and will be completed in June 2006.
“Our crews will lay the foundation in the fall and we will begin above ground construction in the early part of March 2006,” said Johnson.
Jerry R. Krusinski is the project executive, and Tim Bereza is the project superintendent. The architect is St. Charles-based Hestrup and Associates.
