September - 2005MOSER AWARDS KCC NEW OFFICE BUILDING Krusinski will demolish an existing building and begin constructing a new three-story office building on the southwest corner of Main and Water streets in downtown Naperville for Moser Enterprises, Inc. The work is expected to start at the beginning of October.
The $5 million, 17,000-square-foot building, to be called Moser Plaza, will provide office space for Moser as well as other tenants. It replaces a one-story retail building that formerly housed a clock shop and lighting store.
Parking for 30 cars will be provided at a nearby lot on Water Street.
Moser, a prominent real estate developer in the Southwest suburbs, also developed two other commercial properties, Naperplace and Riverwalk Place, in downtown Naperville.
Andrew J. Johnson is the project manager for Krusinski Construction Company. Steve Bulger is the superintendent.
“Every effort will be made to keep retailers and nearby residents informed during the construction process to minimize their inconvenience,” says Johnson.
The new building was designed by Arete 3 Ltd. Design Group in Tinley Park. V3 Companies and Hitchcock Landscape Design served as consultants.
