September - 2005COLD HEADERS INDUSTRIAL PARK Krusinski Construction Company will build two adjacent spec office/warehouses in the Cold Headers Industrial Park in Woodstock.
The $1.6 million contract calls for a 10,000-square-foot facility and a 15,000-square-foot facility. Both will be completed in November. The client is a group of private investors headed by G. Pat Ryan of Paine/Wetzel Real Estate.
The two buildings are part of a 10-acre parcel at the Cold Headers park, which the investment group plans to develop, lease and/or sell. The parcel is planned for eight sites.
Joseph R. Krusinski is the project executive, and Stephen A. Moeller is the project manager.
The architect for both buildings is Andy Swedrowsky of Harris Architects in Palatine. Ron Adams of Pearson, Brown & Associates in Libertyville is the civil engineer.
