January - 2005KCC BREAKS GROUND ON INSIGHT ADDITION Krusinski Construction Company, Oak Brook, has begun work on an expansion to a distribution center for Insight, a leading supplier of IT products and services, at 1600 Hunter Court in Hanover Park, Ill.
The company, which has occupied a 175,000-square-foot facility on the same site for almost 10 years, will add 63,000 square feet including 1,200 square feet of office space.
The addition also includes 14 loading docks and parking for 37 cars.
Krusinski broke ground in December and anticipates a June completion.
Julius Kwasek, Kwasek Architects in Inverness, is the architect. Michael J. Metz, vice president of Krusinski Construction Company, is the project executive, and Steve Moeller is the project manager.
Also working on the project are Britt Casey, Cushman and Wakefield, broker; and Brian Replinger, The Greeby Company, owner’s rep. |
