EXCITING NEW PROJECTS

Krusinski Construction Company is building out a 13,000 square foot space for the GSA (Government Services Administration), a tenant at 5100 N. River Road in Schiller Park. The building is owned by RREEF.

This is Krusinski’s second project for the GSA. A 37,000 square foot build-out in the same building was completed in only 12 weeks in 2009.

The project architect for both spaces was Reitan Architects.

In Burr Ridge, Krusinski Construction is on a fast track to complete interior renovations of an existing 54,000 square-foot office space and manufacturing facility for Quinlan & Fabish Music Company, whose mission is to build school music programs and provide high quality instruments. The office expansion is 5,000 square feet and in addition, the facility includes an instrument repair space with specialty work stations and an ultrasonic room. The architect is Ware Malcomb.
