March - 2008CALI WINS DIG AWARD Krusinski Construction Company has named Project Superintendent Jeffrey S. Cali of Elgin, Ill., the 2008 first quarter winner of the company’s DIG (Diversify, Improve, Grow) award. The award was presented at a February 6 luncheon in his honor.
Cali, who joined Krusinski in 2006, was nominated for his dedication and attention to detail on his assigned projects, including a $6 million Medical and Legal Arts facility in South Elgin.
“Jeff is very organized and always keeps his project sites running smoothly,” says Stephen A. Moeller, project manager on the Medical and Legal Arts building. “We can always depend on him to be on top of any situation.”
As a DIG winner, Cali received a cash bonus and his name will be added to a company plaque.
The DIG program was instituted as a way to involve every employee in company strategies for growth and profitability. Employees are recognized for submitting recommendations for cost savings, sales leads and productivity initiatives as well as for outstanding service to the company.
