January - 2008COMCAST INDY TO BE COMPLETED IN FEBRUARY Krusinski Construction Company has begun building a 51,000-square-foot technical operations facility for Comcast at 5330 East 65th St. in Indianapolis.
According to Joseph R. Krusinski III, project manager, the facility, which features 34,877 square feet of office space and a 16,323-square-foot warehouse, will be completed in February. Located over 10 acres, the pre-cast and steel structure will have parking for 518 cars, with one dock door and two drive-in doors.
Krusinski is currently under contract for two additional Comcast projects in Illinois – a 42,726 square-foot technical operations center in McCook and an 84,286-square-foot office build out with a 25,580-square-foot warehouse addition in Elmhurst. In April, the company completed a 48,000-sqare-foot call center in Fishers, Ind.
Krusinski received the project through its affiliation with Citadel Group, an alliance of nine “best of class” regional construction-related companies in 19 cities that have joined together to serve the needs of national clients.
John Becker is the project engineer and Kevin Reynolds is the superintendent for Krusinski. Lori Ott of Dallas-based Gromatzky Dupree and Associates, a Citadel partner, is the architect.
