October - 2007KRUSINSKI TO BUILD KEHOE BUSINESS CENTER Krusinski Construction Company has been retained by Seefried Properties, Inc., to build a 112,000-square-foot speculative warehouse at 250 Kehoe Boulevard in Carol Stream, Ill.
Kehoe Business Center will be built of pre-cast concrete panels, structural steel with six-inch reinforced slab flooring. The exterior will feature a curtain wall system and exterior punched openings with clear anodized aluminum framing and green reflective glass. An underground storm water management system will also be installed.
Krusinski will provide Seefried with onsite monitoring capability via an OxBlue camera that downloads to a private web address. Krusinski plans to utilize the camera on future projects.
Located on 6.23 acres, the building will have 133 parking spaces, 18 exterior docks and two drive-in doors. Completion of the project is anticipated for spring 2008.
Michael J. Metz is the project executive, Stephen A. Moeller is the project manager and Paul Donovan is the superintendent for Krusinski Construction Company. Heather Groll and Michael Baumstark of Itasca-based Cornerstone Architects, Ltd, are the architects.
Seefried Properties, Inc. is an Atlanta-based industrial developer with offices in Chicago, Washington D.C., Dallas and Orlando. Seefried leases and manages nearly 11 million square feet and is currently developing over 3.5 million square feet.
