July - 2007KRUSINSKI WINS DIG AWARD Krusinski Construction Company has named Joseph R. Krusinski, III., of Wauconda, Ill., the 2007 third quarter winner of the company’s DIG (Diversify, Improve, Grow) award.
Krusinski, project manager, was honored for his work on the company’s Comcast projects, sustaining Krusinski Construction Company’s relationship with the national cable communications corporation throughout the year. The company completed five Comcast facilities in 2007, and work is underway on four others.
“Joe monitors all important contract and project details, and essentially serves as the account executive for Comcast,” says Jerry R. Krusinski, president. “His professionalism and thoroughness are keys to our the continued success with the companyour client.”
Krusinski, who has been with the company for 13 years, received a cash bonus and a company lunch in his honor. In addition, his name will be added to a company plaque.
The DIG program was instituted as a way to involve every employee in company strategies for growth and profitability. Employees are honored for submitting recommendations for cost savings, sales leads and productivity initiatives as well as for outstanding service to the company.
