WEST CHICAGO DISTRIBUTION FACILITY COMPLETED

Krusinski Construction Company has completed a 25,000-square-foot distribution center for Focus Logistics, Inc., at 1311 Howard Drive in West Chicago, Ill.

The building serves as the regional headquarters for Focus Logistics, a transportation solution provider. Situated on 2.4 acres, it includes 3,711 square feet of office space, parking for 13 cars and five exterior docks. Focus’ previous headquarters were located in Bensenville, Ill.

Construction began in October 2005 with foundation work, and resumed in March 2006 for above ground construction.

Jerry R. Krusinski was the project executive, Andrew J. Johnson was the project manager and Tim Bereza was the project superintendent. The architect was St. Charles-based Hestrup and Associates.
