CALI, LYCAN JOIN KRUSINSKI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Jeffry S. Cali, 28, and Jeffrey A. Lycan, 33, recently joined Krusinski Construction Company as project superintendents.

Cali, of Elgin, and Lycan, of Montgomery, will be responsible for on-site project coordination with owners, architects and subcontractors, as well as supervising, scheduling and maintaining quality control.

Prior to joining Krusinski, Cali served as a public improvement consultant at Nicor Gas for two years. He also worked as a project manager at MTI Construction for four years.

Cali holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Norbert College in Wisconsin. He volunteers at CASA of Kane County, a non-profit organization that advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the juvenile court system.

Lycan previously worked as a superintendent at JM Olson Corporation for three years. Prior to that, he served as a project engineer at Alberici Constructors in Michigan. Lycan attended Lake Land College, also in Michigan, where he received an associate’s degree.

Lycan has completed OSHA 30-hour training, and has certifications in CPR and first aid, a Safe 2 Work certification and a Walmart Storm Water Operator certification.
