RIDGE PROPERTY AWARDS KRUSINSKI CONTRACT FOR 2001 ESTES

Krusinski Construction Company, Oak Brook, recently received a contract from Ridge Property Trust to complete an interior renovation for a spec distribution center at 2001 Estes Road in Elk Grove Village, Ill.

Krusinski will add eight exterior docks, complete site improvements and demolish the office space in the 42,000-square-foot building. The building was previously used as a distribution center for an arcade company.

Work is expected to be completed in September, according to Michael J. Metz, project executive for Krusinski. John Becker is the project engineer, Chuck Onik is the superintendent. Mike Baumstark of Itasca-based Cornerstone Architects Ltd. is the project architect.
