June - 2006GENESIS TECHNOLOGIES TO BE RENOVATED Krusinski Construction Company has received a $1.5 million contract from Genesis Technologies, Inc. to complete interior and exterior building renovations to its headquarters at 2942 MacArthur Blvd in Northbrook, Ill.
Krusinski will demolish and renovate 15,000 square feet of office space in the 40-year old, 50,000-square-foot brick industrial building. The company also will add new bathrooms, locker rooms, a break room and a fitness center. Krusinski also will create 13 new window openings and two additional building entrances to the exterior.
The project began in June and is expected to be completed in late August, according to Joseph R. Krusinski, III., project manager.
Rick Drews is the superintendent for Krusinski. Ann Norman of Deerfield-based Partners in Design is the architect.
