June - 2006MOSER PLAZA COMPLETED Krusinski Construction Company recently completed a $5 million, three-story office building on the southwest corner of Main and Water streets in downtown Naperville for Moser Enterprises, Inc.
Moser will occupy the third floor of the 17,000-square-foot building, called Moser Plaza. Northern Trust Bank will occupy the first and second floors. Moser Plaza replaces a one-story retail building that was demolished by Krusinski before construction began.
Parking for 30 cars is provided at a nearby lot on Water Street.
Moser, a prominent real estate developer in the Southwest suburbs, also developed two other commercial properties, Naperplace and Riverwalk Place, in downtown Naperville.
Andrew J. Johnson was the project manager for Krusinski Construction Company. Steve Bulger was the superintendent. Dominic Valvano was the project engineer.
The new building was designed by Arete 3 Ltd. Design Group in Tinley Park. V3 Companies and Hitchcock Landscape Design served as consultants.
