KRUSINSKI AWARDED CONTRACT FOR 814 COMMERCE IN OAK BROOK

Krusinski Construction Company has received a $1.1 million contract from 814 Commerce, LLC., to complete a lobby and parking lot addition to an office building at 814 Commerce in Oak Brook, Ill.

Krusinski will add a 1,500-square-foot lobby to the vacant three-story building. The lobby will overlook a Japanese garden and feature a grand entry with glass canopy. Krusinski will add extensive landscaping to the front of the building, as well as 100 new car stalls.

Michael J. Metz is the project executive for Krusinski. Joseph R. Krusinski III is project manager and John Krusinski is the senior project superintendent. Takamasa Okugawa of Stephen Rankin & Associates, Chicago is the architect.
